Play strongest board around a winstreak AP opener featuring Veigar. Slam AP items aggressively because true BIS in this comp is fake.
Stage 4
Level to 8 and stabilize around Brand, Ziggs, and Street Demon / Strategist board. Look for 3 costs to stabilize frontline such as Gragas and Mordekaiser.
Stage 4
Fast 9 and search for Kobuko and Viego to cap your board. Ziggs can hold carry items but often holds utility / leftover items.
